If you would like to publish fan works in the world of The Wildsea, you may do so abiding by the following By Firefly’s Light license.

AGREEMENT

By using this license you agree that your derivative work is created purely for the enjoyment of the Wildsea community and is strictly non-commercial. You are permitted to use assets released By Firefly’s Light works to fundraise for charitable causes, provided such activities are transparent and explicitly non-profit.

If you would like to submit your work to be published as an official Wildsea product, please contact us directly: contact@myth.works.

RESERVED RIGHTS

Mythworks and Felix Isaacs reserve the right to disassociate from and revoke licensing privileges for any work deemed harmful or offensive, including content that is racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or generally detrimental to humanity. Specific actions warranting revocation include, but are not limited to:

• Use of hateful language or imagery
• Promotion of violence or harassment
• Destructive Alteration or Misinterpretation of Wildsea Themes and Values

USAGE

Abiding by this license allows you to reference the text from any Wildsea materials (including both the base game and any supplemental materials) and use locations, concepts, characters, events, factions, ships and character options in your work, so long as there is proper Attribution on the Work.

You may also use and transform the provided Resources at the bottom of this page to assist in creating works licensed By Firefly’s Light.

LEGAL

Your product cannot use the Mythworks Logo, the Quillhound Studios Logo, the Wildsea Logo, or any other logos associated with The Wildsea without our express permission.

You are not allowed to give the impression that your product is an official Wildsea, Mythworks, or Quillhounds Studios product or that we sponsor you in any way without our express permission.

ATTRIBUTION

You must use one or more of the following assets on the front or back page of your work:

The following text must appear somewhere visible in the work, and on any website or storefront where you promote the product. If the product is not written (a painting, a soundtrack, etc.) then the following text must appear in the description of the product on any storefront:
